Meditations with Native American Elders: “The Four Seasons.” (From Vince D.)

I would like to share some thoughts from my meditation book, “Meditations with Native American Elders: The Four Seasons.”

“People think other things are more important than prayer, but they are mistaken.” The Elders tell us that the most important thing we can do each day is to pray. If we face indecision or anxiety take time to pray. If we experience fear, pray. Prayer is the gift God has given us, to help us deal with life. During these times try to be open to the lessons of each day. Try to live one day at a time. Don’t worry about tomorrow, remember to pray each day to be open to God’s will.

Let’s all try to remember the power of positive thinking. God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Sending prayers & love to all.
