Caitlin Alford, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Restore Couples Therapy, located within Starting Point in Haddon Township, New Jersey. With more than 14 years of clinical experience across inpatient psychiatric, community mental health, and outpatient settings, Caitlin brings a depth of expertise and compassion to every client she serves.

Caitlin specializes in couples therapy, affair recovery, and betrayal trauma, and holds specialized training in these areas. She is Gottman Level 3 trained – the highest level of Gottman clinical training – a Certified Affair Recovery Specialist, and an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Level 1 practitioner. She is also a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator for couples preparing for marriage.

In addition to her work with couples, Caitlin provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, addiction, self-esteem, and a wide range of mental health concerns.

Caitlin believes that strong, connected relationships create peaceful homes and that healing is possible even after significant hurt. She offers faith-informed care for clients who wish to integrate their values into the therapeutic process.

Restore Couples Therapy serves clients throughout New Jersey via telehealth and in-person at Starting Point in Haddon Township.
