At this time of the year we look at Thankfulness and Gratitude and move our awareness to the Chakra of the Heart. We think about and feel the vibration of gratitude, knowing that we are blessed.

When we are centered in gratitude, we can bring sound to it in order to amplify the vibration of what we are feeling. Sound is a powerful tool for clearing and raising vibration in the body.
