Dr. Lindsay Hope is an integrative psychologist with over 16 years of clinical experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and complex family dynamics. Many of the individuals she works with feel burdened by worry, stuck in familiar but limiting roles, and unsure of how to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships.
Drawing from cognitive behavioral, attachment, and family systems theories, she helps clients recognize unhelpful patterns, gain emotional clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Her specialties include anxiety, perfectionism, relationship concerns, LGBTQ+ experiences, trauma and PTSD, and pregnancy and postpartum adjustment. Dr. Hope is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, has completed Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, and has specialized training in perinatal mental health.
