Michael has been a practicing psychologist since 1978. He received his doctorate degree from Ohio University and a postdoctoral certificate in Neuropsychology from Drexel University.
He has had clinical experience in many areas, including Director of the Chronic Pain Program at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Director of Mental Health at the Burlington County jail, staff psychology and consulting positions for Cooper Health (autism program), the New Jersey Department of Corrections, state and county psychiatric and developmental disability facilities, and the Division of Human and Family Services for the state of New Jersey.
He has held faculty positions at Hahnemann University, Drexel University, Cooper and Rowan Colleges of Medicine. Michael has served as an expert witness for criminal and disability issues, including head trauma and discrimination.
His clinical orientation is CBT/ACT. He currently provides evaluation and treatment primarily for Worker’s Compensation clients, and independent medical examinations for motor vehicle accident victims.
