We believe that the traditional Buddhist teachings, often referred to as the Dharma, offer a powerful approach to healing from addiction and living a life of true freedom. Each meeting will include moments for introductions, meditation, and group sharing. Sharing during the meeting is always optional. This meeting is open to anyone seeking recovery from addictions (of all forms), as well as to those curious about living a sober/addiction free life.
