~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Healthy relationships involve a balance between letting people into our inner lives while at the same time having a framework that keeps our own identity distinct and strong. This balance between vulnerability (a lamb) and power over our selves (a lion) is difficult to maintain as we sometimes let people in too close and other times not close enough. Maintaining these healthy boundaries requires a strong sense of self and inner composure. Come learn how to love yourself and build a healthy framework for having the relationships you want in life.
Date: March 2nd
Times: 7PM
Cost: $10
Emotions drive many of our decisions and actions, for better or worse. We experience the world not just by what we think but especially through what we feel. This workshop will explain and help you deal with negative trapped emotions!
