Consider the following questions:
- Is there anything you wish you had said or done differently?
- Are there some things you wish had happened better or more often?
- Do you wish something never happen at all?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, then it’s very likely that guilt is the wrong word to define what you’re feeling. Join the small group discussion to find out why and to get to the root of what’s really going on. You can only heal from the truth.
